Membership
Information
Membership in the Hammond Yacht Club is open to anyone over the age of twenty-one (21) with an interest in boating. We welcome both boat owners and non-boat owners.
Full Membership:
A Full Member in good standing is
entitled to all Club and voting privileges provided by the Club’s Constitution
and By-Laws.
A Full Member has the option of
adding one additional Full Family Membership for a spouse, son, or daughter. A
Full Family Member in good standing is also entitled to all Club and voting
privileges.
Associate Member:
An Associate Member in good
standing is entitled to Club privileges defined by the Board of Directors.
Associate Members shall not own or be part owner of a state registered
or USCG documented vessel. Associate Members do not have voting rights. An
Associate Member may become a Full member at any time by paying the Initiation
Fee in effect at time their Associate Membership was approved.

download, print and complete the application and return it with the appropriate
dues and initiation fee to:

Upon receipt of your application and payment, we will post it at the club for ten (10) days and contact you regarding meeting with the Membership Committee or appearing before the Board of Directors. Your application will be voted on at our next regular Board Meeting after meeting these requirements.

Deferred Initiation:
Anyone applying for Full Membership may opt to defer fifty percent of the Initiation Fee, which will be payable with the following years dues. Please contact the Membership Director for information regarding deferred initiations.
